From the moment I started working, I have been fascinated by how companies work (or don’t work) and what motivates people in the workplace. And over the years I’ve kept my eyes open and met all sorts of people that inspired me and taught me well, regardless of their position or rank.

I like to keep an open mind and am a realistic optimist. I believe in possibilities and challenges, the latter not being the management-lingo for a problem. Or, in the words of a wise man: I like to stay hungry, to stay foolish.

Even though I worked for employers providing indefinite contracts I don’t believe in structural securities and very large safety nets. But I do believe in the value of people and establishing that they are able to find their own strengths. To help them finding out what they’re good at and to become their own safety net and job security and by doing so becoming an active participant of the workforce or society. I think we should do what we love, what we think is great work and never settle. And I can help with that.

Over the last 14 years I gained a wide array of work experience. My fascination for (high-tech) technology and professional relations stayed. And I mean that in the broadest sense of the word.
